 Kevin J. Coffey is the Engineering Manager for the firm. Mr. Coffey worked as Project Manager / Design Engineer for the Charleston Commissioners of Public Works for 8 years, during which time he was the Project Manager for all of the SCDOT road improvement projects which required utility relocates for the Charleston CPW. Mr. Coffey has designed or managed numerous water and wastewater projects during his tenure with Charleston CPW with contract amounts in excess of 10 million dollars. He has worked in the water and wastewater business for a total of 13 years. Mr. Coffey has also worked in the private sector for the past eight years providing engineering services related to land planning, site and subdivision design. Mr. Coffey is a Registered Civil Engineer in the states of South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia. He is a Graduate of The Citadel. Mr. Coffey is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and a member of the Tau Beta Pi Engineering Honor Society.
