-The Oaks Riverview is a Luxury Condominium Development located on Daniel Island along the Wando River adjacent to the Daniel Island Park. The newest edition has been permitted and will begin construction shortly which will add an additional 28 luxury homes.

 – the Great Inagua Resort is located on the island of Inagua in the Bahamas. The resort will contain 2000 acres of land which will be comprised of a five star hotel/casino, two additional four star hotels, a marina village with a 130 slip marina that will be able to handle ships up to 400 feet long, luxury condominiums, individual ocean front lots, two signature golf courses, cruise terminal with a workers village, an international airport and physical plants (water, sewer and power) to support the resort development.
